Execution Time

  • Excludes studio holidays (Fridays and public holidays) and revisions.
  • Studio hours: Saturday to Thursday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Communication is limited to working hours via email. WhatsApp is acceptable for written/voice messages only when necessary, with responses sent via email. No phone calls/voice messages for the Web Development Department.

Payments

  • Installment 1: 50% upfront before project commencement.
  • Installment 2: 50% before final delivery.

Revisions

  • Design: Includes two free revisions; additional revisions cost 50–100% of the item’s price. Revisions post-final execution cost 50–100% extra.
  • Web Development: Covers execution per requirements; excludes trials, training, and content entry.

Recognition and Warning Policy

Recognition Standards
This policy motivates employees by recognizing outstanding individual and team performance. Types include:

  1. Employee of the Month/Year: Supervisors nominate one employee per department monthly, reviewed by the board (up to two winners).
  2. Team of the Month/Year: Recognizes teamwork with rewards similar to individual acknowledgment.
  3. Peer Recognition: Colleagues nominate peers for exceptional service.

Recognition Methods:

  • Public acknowledgment, certificates, gift cards, training vouchers, Wall of Fame features, and material gifts.
  • Opportunities like board meeting participation or career development sessions.

Warning and Disciplinary Actions
Violations of policies or work ethics are addressed through:

  1. Verbal Warning: Informal caution to prevent recurrence.
  2. Disciplinary Meeting: Formal discussion and notice of no tolerance for further violations.
  3. Written Warning: Documented in the employee’s record.
  4. Probation: Timeframe to improve performance after two warnings.
  5. Temporary Suspension: Suspension after three warnings.
  6. Employment Termination: After four warnings or serious violations.

Serious Violations:

  • Misconduct may result in immediate dismissal.
  • Terminated employees cannot reapply or receive certificates of experience.
